Yay, my internet connection is back! It went off before Christmas for about 10 days. Anyhow, the stocking was done with time to spare and we had a lovely Christmas. Did you? I hope so!
I swear I only went into John Lewis to see if there was any cotton dk in the sale, but I came out with this mixing bowl that I'd had my eye on since before Christmas (half-price)...
and rather a lot of pure wool in 4 colours, chestnut, wheat, mulberry and powder...

This isn't even half of it..., heck, it's not even a quarter of it! I am wondering where I'm going to hide it before Mr yrh gets home from work...
and I'm also wondering, stripes or squares?

I wish you and your Familiy a very Happy New Year 2011 and send you many Greetings,

Such lovely mulled colours of yarn, looks gorgeous and soft too. I WISH with all my heart that we had a John Lewis somewhere in the South East, the nearest for us is London ... I think we all do a little bit of hiding from our other halves (hee hee) I managed to get mine into a yarn shop before Christmas as I am planning to knit him a man beanie... he was shocked at the price of good quality yarn, maybe I shouldn't have taken him in after all!! xox Happy, healthy New Year to you and your family x
