Summer comfort food...

chocolate raspberry pavlova. Lots of it. 




I cannot bear a dry brittle meringue, so I deliberately under cooked it to ensure the centre stayed gooey. It tasted like chocolate brownie.

  6. Mmmm... I want!! I've got some friends coming round in a couple of weeks. Definitely going to give this recipe a go! Never made meringue before.. Fingers crossed it turns out as beautiful as yours!
